In 2006, Dave took a leap into Bravo’s Top Chef and won over audiences with his creativity and high-pressure kitchen skills. Since then, he’s built a reputation as a global flavor expert, working with indigenous ingredients to craft dishes that honor their origins—most notably at NYC’s Chama Mama (Georgian) and Dalup (Indian).

Beyond restaurants and food trucks, Dave consults for major brands like ConAgra, PepsiCo, and Yum Brands, keeping them on the pulse of culinary trends. He’s developed recipes and launched products for household names like KFC, Hunts, and Bertolli while also curating immersive corporate food experiences for companies like Cisco, UBS, and NBC.

An Iron Chef-level competitor, Dave has conquered Chopped and Cutthroat Kitchen and remains a fierce advocate for real, fresh ingredients—proudly “Fast Food Sober” for 19 years.
